Step Inside Think Outside

This summer, we celebrate 25 years since Somerset House Trust first opened its doors to the public - transforming a historic building into a thriving home for cultural innovators. Today, over 500 artists and creative businesses work here, shaping bold ideas and alternative perspectives on the issues that matter most.

The Summer Shop showcases work from across our resident community, from Studios artists and Black Business Residency participants to Makerversity makers and creative start-ups. Expect books, zines, artworks, handcrafted décor and more, all designed onsite.

With most proceeds going directly to the artists and the rest reinvested into the Trust, the shop champions a spirit of sustainable creativity. This is more than a shop. It’s a celebration of our legacy and a statement of intent for the future.
